Eco for RadStudio 2007 Architect

This build is tested with RadStudio 2007 Architect (requires the December Update)

This build of ECO will only work in the Architect version of RadStudio 2007. We are working with CodeGear to find a solution to make it work in Pro and Enterprise.

The ECO license that comes with RadStudio 2007 Architect is valid for all 4.0 builds.
